New Biomedical Event Corpus (GREC) released

We are pleased to announce the release of the Gene Regulation Event Corpus (GREC) by NaCTeM.
GREC consists of 240 MEDLINE abstracts annotated with gene regulation and expression events.
GREC is available to download for academic purposes.
It is available in 2 formats together with the annotation guidelines:
- A stand-off format based on BioNLP'09 Shared Task Format
- An XML format based on GENIA event annotation format
