Postdoctoral opportunity in Natural Language Processing

A full-time postdoctoral researcher in NLP is sought, working in the Novo Nordisk Foundation, Center for Biosustainability, Technical University of Denmark (DTU) in Copenhagen. The researcher will join a multi-disciplinary team with diverse specialties in computational biology, data engineering, software development, and natural language processing to further research and development into a new state-of-the-art informatics platform.

The key responsibilities of the researcher include development and evaluation of neural information extraction methods applied to biosciences; supporting knowledge enrichment of analysis results via natural language generation; working closely with a software engineering team to translate best-performing NLP techniques into production and co-supervision of students in NLP.

Although the position is located at DTU Biosustain, the NLP research will be supervised by Prof. S. Ananiadou, National Centre for Text Mining, The University of Manchester. For further information about the project, skills, and further particulars, please visit https://tinyurl.com/y6wrgmsl
